Whistleblowing 檢舉

Infinity is committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standards of openness, probity and accountability. In line with this commitment, our whistleblowing policy encourages stakeholders to raise concerns about misconduct, malpractice or irregularity on any matters related to the Firm. The Firm shall endeavour to handle the reports fairly and properly.

 

Reports on any suspected fraud, unlawful acts and malpractices concerning our operations and staff member can be made in writing by completing the report template and email to whistleblowing@infinity-cpahk.com or by post marked “Strictly Confidential” and addressed to Compliance Officer, Room 1501, 15/F., Olympia Plaza, 255 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong.
Once submitted, the report becomes confidential and will be considered independently.

We will endeavour to inquire into reports with sufficient information to follow up. The time for investigation varies depending on the nature and complexity of the report. The complainants will be advised of the outcome of the investigation as soon as possible.

致寶信勤致力於達致及維持最高的開放、誠信及問責標準。為體現此承諾，我們的舉報政策鼓勵所有持份者就本事務所任何涉嫌不當行為、不當做法或違規事項提出關注。

如懷疑本事務所的營運或職員涉及欺詐、違法行為或其他不當行為，可透過以下方式以書面形式舉報 (i) 填妥舉報表格後，電郵至whistleblowing@infinity-cpahk.com；或 (ii) 以郵寄方式寄出，信封上請註明「嚴格保密」，並寄至「香港北角英皇道255號國都廣場15樓1501室, 合規主任收」。

舉報一經提交，即屬機密，本事務所將獨立審視及處理。

我們會盡力對提供足夠資料以供跟進的舉報進行調查。調查所需時間視乎舉報的性質及複雜程度而定。舉報人將盡快獲悉調查結果。如有需要，可聯絡合規主任查詢相關舉報程序。
